Julia Hill

“If they’re laughing, they’re learning.”

Julia is an Australian violinist currently completing her Master’s degree at Tokyo University of the Arts. She has eight years of teaching experience in both private and group lessons.

In her lessons, she aims to foster a welcoming, student-specific environment where each student can explore their creative potential through the violin, with FUN being the most important part of her lessons. She looks forward to guiding each student through technique and repertoire of various genres in an entertaining way.

What she can provide:

  • How to perform across multiple genres.

  • Working with students to create an individualised curriculum, suitable for their goals.

  • Guiding students to truly express themselves through music.
